This photo originated from Commander Wilhelm Meyer, whom had personally hand delivered this photo to the Tuscania Survivors Association in 1933. It shows Kapitian Wilhelm Meyer and his crew on deck.

 

The caption (Eintaufen in die Schleuse - Diving into the Lock) indicates that this photo was taken just after this boat was commissioned.
