My father was aboard the Tuscania , 20th Eng, Co F. He was also the troop Commander aboard the Egra and witnessed the sinking of the Rohna in the Mediterranean, Nov 1943. I've been in touch with a man  from  my fathers 497th Port Battalion who has written about the sinking of the Rohna. He said the Egra was directly behind the Rohna in the covoy of ships. Pictured here is an early WWII photo of my father.
