Great site.... my Grandfather, Joe
Kramer, was a survivor. I didn't really remember a lot of what he told
me, but your site really helped me remember. His son, Kendal, was in the
Navy in WWII. My brother has the middle name of Kramer, and he has a son
Kevin, who served in Afghanistan and is active in the Special Forces. In
May of 06, I brought to my brother, the shell of my Grandfather's
helmet. He passed it on to Kevin. Thank you for your tribute to those
whose fight for our freedoms.
